August 16, 2025, was more than just a date on the calendar, it was a day of shared compassion, warmth, and meaningful connection as genieX brought its Project: Share A Smile initiative to CRIBS Foundation, Inc.
CRIBS Foundation is more than a shelter, it is a home. Licensed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), this non-profit organization has long provided a safe and loving environment for abandoned, neglected, and surrendered babies, as well as female minor survivors of sexual abuse. Their mission is lifelong: to nurture, protect, and empower those who need it most.
Through Project Share A Smile, our genieX team was humbled to participate in this mission. The day was filled with simple yet profound moments, beginning with an opening prayer that set the tone of gratitude and hope. The children’s laughter echoed through the facility during performances with clowns, and everyone joined in fun and interactive games that brought joy and camaraderie. The celebration culminated in gift giving, sharing small tokens of care and love that left big smiles on the children’s faces.
What stood out most was the resilience in the eyes of the children and young girls, proof that love and protection can rebuild lives and open doors to brighter futures. CRIBS Foundation continues to be a testament to the power of community, and genieX is grateful to walk alongside them in this journey.
